During our onboarding process we will discuss methods that work well for both parties! Rest assured; we are trying to make this as easy on YOU as possible! There is not a communication that you are not copied on and if an email comes in that you are not copied on it is automatically forwarded to you. You will never be out of the loop!
We are very versed in a vast array of brokerage compliance systems. We will adapt and utilize the system your brokerage requires for the storage of documents and the submission to compliance to ensure everyone will get paid and everyone is compliant.

There is absolutely no cost to sign up for our services! Once you have decided to move forward with our services we will send you our Client-Provider agreement that will renew yearly or should any terms change throughout our business agreement.
We do however offer a set-up service to assist new agents, teams and brokerages establish their checklists and procedures for an additional cost! Please call us to discuss.
You need it, we can do it! We manage real estate transactions on all different levels and can personalize the service depending on the type of transaction. Here a few examples of what we can assist with: residential, luxury, probate, REO, short-sale, commercial: industrial, land, business sales, wholesale, fix and hold, rentals/leases, et al.
High volume is our game, and our amazing processing has given us our fame! Our experienced TC's are experienced to handle an abundance of files and very efficient. No worries there!!
Absolutely! Once you are ready to sign up for our services you can expect to receive a call from your dedicated TC within 24 hours. If and when your assigned TC is out on vacation, we have other members of our team that will cover for them so that your files are never left untouched.
Depending on the service that you are submitting payment for there are various options. For direct payments from you to us we offer check, Zelle or Venmo. We can also be added to your office's DA/CDA so the closing company can cut our check at closing. Credit cards can be accepted for an additional fee.
Our TC's operate under the state unlicensed assistant guidelines. We will handle what is only permissible activities as outlined by the regulatory board for your state.
