Jennifer Kemp is the owner and founder of Reliable Contract Closer, LLC. Jennifer began her journey in real estate over 23 years ago by managing a home inspection department for a local South Florida company. As her horizons and connections expanded, she was then recruited by a local title company where she engaged in the day to day sales and marketing aspect to help build and grow the business as well as process all in-house and mobile closings. Jennifer’s love and knowledge for real estate continued to grow and she was once again recruited by a top producing Keller Williams real estate team to take on the role of Office Manager and Senior Transaction Coordinator. Managing the transaction coordination part of the daily tasks became what Jennifer was most passionate about and with the teams encouragement and blessing she decided it was time for her to open her own transaction coordination company which is how Reliable Contract Closers, LLC was born.
Jennifer’s passion is in having a positive impact on others’ lives. Her knowledge and experience with the contract and settlement process continues to prove invaluable to her clients. Her belief is the client deserves the full service and attention that only a team of experts can consistently provide. When Jennifer is away from the business, she is spending time with her wonderful husband of over 20 years who is a firefighter/paramedic/trainer and her amazing son who is very involved with his love of horses, church and playing guitar and her beautiful daughter who is super talented in her music skills, organization and planning. Social by nature, they all enjoy participating in community events, volunteering opportunities and attending equestrian events. Their favorite charity is Make-A-Wish as their own lives have been touched with having a child with a rare chronic disease and they look to help others who are struggling and battling with life changing illnesses. For over 10 years Jennifer has continually been nominated and appointed as a board member and treasurer of a small homeowner’s association.
