Jennifer and John Kemp are the proud owners and founders of Reliable Contract Closers, LLC, a concierge-level transaction coordination company built on a foundation of trust, reliability, and relationship-driven service.
Jennifer began her journey in real estate over 28 years ago, managing the home inspection department for a South Florida company. As her experience and network grew, she was recruited by a local title company, where she played a key role in sales, marketing, and processing both in-house and mobile closings. Her passion for the industry only deepened, eventually leading her to a top-producing real estate team, where she served as Office Manager and Senior Transaction Coordinator. With the team’s encouragement and support, Jennifer and John took a leap of faith and founded Reliable Contract Closers — bringing their vision of an exceptional, relationship-focused service model to life.
John, a firefighter/paramedic/trainer with over 28 years in the fire service, brings a powerful combination of leadership, integrity, and calm under pressure to the company. His extensive experience in high-stress, service-driven environments makes him a natural fit for the real estate industry, where communication, reliability, and professionalism are everything. As co-owner, John plays a vital role in operations, client relations, and supporting the day-to-day success of the business. He also brings a unique perspective through his commitment to helping fellow first responders and their families navigate the real estate process with ease.
Both Jennifer and John are licensed Florida real estate agents, which brings an additional layer of insight, professionalism, and value to their services. Their understanding of contracts, timelines, and market dynamics allows them to support their clients at the highest level — with the knowledge and foresight only licensed professionals can provide.
Together, Jennifer and John have cultivated a company culture centered on honesty, integrity, positivity, transparency, creativity, and—most importantly—RELIABILITY. They believe real estate is more than just transactions; it’s about building lasting relationships. Their clients aren’t just business connections — they become like family.

When they’re not working, Jennifer and John enjoy spending quality time with their children. Their son is passionate about horses, his faith, and playing guitar, while their daughter shines through her love for music, organization, and planning. As a family, they love participating in community events, volunteering, and attending equestrian shows. Their favorite charity is Make-A-Wish, a cause close to their hearts after their own journey navigating life with a child who battles a rare chronic illness.
Jennifer and John’s shared mission is simple: to give clients the exhale they deserve, while always doing good, being better, and delivering a level of service that makes every step to the closing table feel seamless.
